Agreement Between User and Singapore Badminton School Private Limited (Hereinafter SBSPL)

We, SBSPL, provide services to you subject to the notices, terms, and conditions set forth in this agreement. Besides, you will obey the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions applicable to such services before you use them. We reserve the right to change this site and these terms and conditions at any time.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF USE AND DISCLAIMERS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEB SITE (this “Site”). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to these terms of use, conditions and all applicable laws. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use this Site.

You shall not upload, distribute, or otherwise publish through this Site any Content, information, or other material that:

 (a) includes any bugs, viruses, worms, trap doors, Trojan horses, or other harmful code or properties;

(b) is libellous, threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, pornographic, discriminatory, or could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under the laws of the Republic of Singapore or the laws of any other country that may apply; or

 (c)  violates or infringes upon the copyrights, patents, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights of any person.  SBSPL may give you an account identification and password to enable you to access and use certain portions of this Site. Each time you use a password or identification, you are deemed to be authorized to access and use the Site in a manner consistent with the terms and conditions of this agreement, and SBSPL has no obligation to investigate the source of any such access or use of the Site.

By accepting these Terms of Use through your use of the Site, you certify that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18 years of age please use this Site only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement, hereby grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to access and use the Site by displaying it on your Internet browser only for the purpose of browsing and not for any commercial use or use on behalf of any third party, except as explicitly permitted by SBSPL in advance. Any violation of this Agreement shall result in the immediate revocation of the license granted in this paragraph without notice to you.

You may display and, subject to any expressly stated restrictions or limitations relating to specific material, electronically copy, download and print hard copy portions of the material from the different areas of the Site solely for your own non-commercial use, or to obtain consent from SBSPL at admin@singaporebadmintonschool.com. Any other use of materials on this Site, including but not limited to the modification, reproduction, distribution, republication, display or transmission of the content of this Site, without prior written permission of SBSPL is strictly prohibited.

Harassment in any manner or form on the Site or any of the Singapore Badminton School Websites, including via e-mail and chat or by obscene or abusive language is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a SBSPL employee, host, or representative or other members or visitors on the Site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the Site any content which is libellous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable, or which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the Site or use the Site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization/s.

SBSPL respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users and visitors to do the same. SBSPL will process and investigate notices of alleged infringement and will take appropriate actions under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and other applicable intellectual property laws. Upon receipt of notices complying with the DMCA, SBSPL will act to remove or disable access to any material found to be infringing or found to be the subject of infringing activity and will act to remove or disable access to any reference or link to material or activity that is found to be infringing.
